Nicole Schultes 
Director of Cheer

Nicole has been coaching Flames Cheer for over 8 years.Her oldest daughter, Maya has completed the Flames Cheer program and now Cheers for LZ High School- go Bears!, Her son, Vaughn has recently completed the Flames Football program and will be joining the LZ High School team in the Fall- go Bears!  Nicole's youngest daughter, Bella, is in her 4th season of Flames Competitive Cheer. Nicole has been on the Flames Board since 2019 and is currently the Cheer Director. As the ICA representative, she is well-versed in all the state rules and regulations for Cheer. She also leads the Cheer Committee and is dedicated to expanding the Flames Cheer Program. Nicole believes that Cheer teaches valuable skills such as teamwork, coordination, strength, leadership, and confidence. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that every cheerleader in our program maintains a high level of self-esteem and pride in their performance.
