The Lake Zurich Flames board is comprised of parents, coaches and professionals across flag, tackle and cheerleading.
Board members have been nominated, interviewed and voted upon. This process occurs once per year and those interested in serving on the board, in any capacity, may submit their name for consideration.
Unless otherwise noted, the Board meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m., except for December when there is no meeting. All visitors wishing to address the Board must be added to the agenda prior to the meeting by contacting the Board Secretary or the Board President.

Jay is entering his 7th season with the Flames. He has been a head coach for 3 years and an assistant for 3 years. Jay is entering his fifth year on the board and his fourth year on the executive board. This is Jay's second year as President of the Lake Zurich Flames. Jay’s responsibilities will be to lead the future growth of the football and cheer program and ensure the programs's yearly goals are being met. He will also work with community leaders from the village of Lake Zurich, Ela Township and district 95 to make sure all the Flames needs are being met.

Chuck will be entering his 9th year in the organization and his 8th as a coach. He has two sons that have gone through the program with one still to go. Chuck is entering his third year on the Lake Zurich Flames board and his second on the Executive Board. In November, Chuck was voted the Vice President of Football Operations. In addition to his current responsibilities as equipment coordinator and league liaison to the TCYFL, where the Flames are members of the Health & Safety, Ethics and Competition Committees, Chuck will chair the Coaching Committee for the Flames for the 2016 season, lead our fields crew, work with the Village of Lake Zurich, Ela Township, District 95 and Lake Zurich High School to secure our practice and game fields and other football related issues regarding the Lake Zurich Flames.

Lisa Quiroz has been part of the Flames organization for 6 years. Joining as a cheer parent, she quickly became involved wherever she could. When her son started playing tackle football in first grade, she furthered her involvement by being a team mom. After her second year with football, she saw an opportunity to make the Flames an even better organization by joining the board. This year, Lisa has stepped into the Director of Communications role on the executive board and hopes to continue the work of providing a transparent communication style as well as further building relationships with the community for the benefit of the Flames organization.

Vice President of Business Operations - Treasurer
Eric has been with the Flames Organization for 5 years as a head coach and assistant coach. Eric has 3 boys involved with the program (one moving on to high school). Eric is entering his 4th year on the Board and 3rd as the Treasurer. Eric is responsible for the day to day financial activity of the Flames organization as well as helping ensure its future viability. Eric works closely with the board committee heads, fundraising, concessions and Spirit Wear as well.
